Participants must be 9 years or older and 54" or taller, and no more than 250 lbs.
Children 9 years or older must have a climbing adult with them.
Children 12 to 15 must have a parent or guardian on site.

Individual and Group Policy
1-14 days - no refund
15 days or greater - 50 % of total booking kept or 100 % of total booking cost kept and rain check provided.
If climbing numbers drop customer will be charged for booked number of climbers.
One rebooking opportunity only.
Rain Check Policy
We climb rain or shine and only stop for thunder and lightning. If thunder and lightning occurs during climb, lead guide must wait 30 minutes and re-evaluate. If climb cannot continue – rain checks provided.
If climb must be cancelled due to weather prior to climb, rain check provided
Rain checks will be provided when the Lead Guide determines that climbing cannot continue. Lead Guide’s decision is final.
